For professionals of my generation, having access to experienced mentors early in our careers was a game-changer. However, the technological capabilities and connectivity we enjoy today were not available back then, making such opportunities costly and often confined to one's home country or city.

That was a barrier for many students and young professionals. I was fortunate to experience an international environment early on, and as technology advanced, I was well-positioned to leverage these new opportunities.

I have been both a mentee and a mentor, starting with my team members and extending to CISOs, assisting them in securing management support for their security programs.

I strongly believe that everyone deserves guidance, irrespective of their financial situation or location.
