My journey with Machine Learning and AI started back in 2017; my first article about AI in this blog was in 2019. And I believe that Governance is of utmost importance in many things, AI being one of them.

After attending and successfully completing university-level courses in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and a lot of training in generative AI and mastering prompt engineering, including a course from CSA for Generative AI & Prompt Engineering, it was time to close the loop of :

  • Understanding AI ā€“ Know what it is.
  • Applying AI ā€“ Know how to use it.
  • Governing AI ā€“ Know how to manage it responsibly.

I did so by addressing the governance dimension of AI, since after a lot of self study, I have successfully passed the ISO 42001 (AI Management System) Lead Auditor exam offered by PECB and I am now a Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Provisional Auditor.

I am excited to contribute to advancing AI practices with a strong foundation in both implementation and governance, and I am available for Advisory or NED positions.
